Casting selects, one swipe at a time. Here's how the app works and how to reach a human when it doesn't.
Open the app, type the six-character code from your invite, tap Join, and enter your name. You'll swipe through the shortlist — right to approve, left to pass — and submit your ballot. Every creative on your team votes separately, and you can update your ballot until the round closes.
Same code, same join. You see the deck first to build a shortlist, then again at the end to lock the final cast. In between, the Board tab shows exactly how each agency creative voted.
Sign in with your email. Create a casting, add talent by uploading headshots or by sending the submission link to agents, share the casting code, close each round when the ballots are in, then fill in call times and export your skins.
Codes are six characters and never contain the letters O or I or the digits 0 or 1 — those are excluded so they can't be confused. If it still fails, the casting team may have reissued the code; ask them for the current one.
Yes, until the round closes. Reopen the casting, tap any face on your ballot, and change it — then submit again. Once the casting team closes the round, ballots for that round are final, though they can reopen a round if something needs revisiting.
Rounds run in sequence: director shortlists, agency reviews, director makes final selects. If it isn't your turn, the app shows who it's waiting on and updates automatically the moment that changes — no need to refresh.
Once the last round closes, the casting team's Cast tab holds the booked talent with call times, contacts, and sizes, and exports the day-of skins as an Excel file with photos, a printable PDF face sheet, or a CSV.
On iPhone, open the app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome's menu and choose Install app.
